USER REQUIREMENTS
In placing an order, you warrant that you are providing Atelier Leela Re with accurate, true and complete information, and that you are at least eighteen years of age and of legal authority to place the order.

BASIS OF SALE
Items are subject to availability. All orders must be paid for in full before shipment will be made. When you complete the payment, you have purchased the products at the prices indicated on the invoice, including any sales tax, handling and shipping charges that apply. A detailed invoice will accompany all purchased merchandise when shipped.
Atelier Leela Re processes orders in the order they are received. Holiday volumes may add an additional processing day. Please understand that at times there can be errors with email accounts and Internet communications that we are not aware of despite our best efforts. If you have any questions regarding your order please visit out contact page for more information. Please make the reference your order number in the subject and specific details in your email to facilitate communication. Due to the delicate nature of Atelier Leela Re merchandise, all sales are considered final. Atelier Leela Re does not accept returns, refunds and exchanges.
The purchase of merchandise from Atelier Leela Re is intended for personal use and may not be purchased for the intent of resale.

MERCHANDISE
Every Atelier Leela Re and Leila Re creation is individually designed and hand crafted, using fine quality natural materials. Any imperfection is inherent to the material and no two pieces of the same design are precisely identical. With all handmade textile products a small amount of expansion or contraction occurs as a natural part of the weaving process. For this reason, all measurements on AtelierLeelaRe.com are approximations. In printed materials or online, cushion slips may also occasionally be referred to as cushion covers. Atelier Leela Re photographs cushion slips with cushion inserts but does not sell cushion inserts with the cushion slips. See the Glossary for additional descriptions of textile and embroidery terms and techniques.
GENERAL
Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided on the AtelierLeelaRe.com website is correct. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary depending on the settings of your monitor, software, or printer. We aim to ensure that our web site is available 24hrs a day, but this cannot be guaranteed and on rare occasion you may find access to be temporarily interrupted. Atelier Leela Re shall not be liable for any reason if the web site is unavailable for any period of time.
