SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Atelier Leela Re ships to most locations in North America and parts of Europe. Atelier Leela Re processes orders in the order they are received. Holiday volumes may add an additional processing day. Please reference your order number in the subject and specific details in your message to facilitate communication.

A detailed invoice will accompany all purchased merchandise when shipped.

Shipments are made Monday through Saturday in the order they are received. Atelier Leela Re ships all merchandise using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail. Delivery confirmation is included with all orders.

You will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that all orders are subject to acceptance by Atelier Leela Re and an acceptance will be confirmed with a second email to you confirming that your order has been shipped including a delivery confirmation tracking number. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for the tracking number to be incorporated into the USPS system. Allow fourteen days for shipment. Please understand that sometimes there are delays on dispatched goods, regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. Read individual product specific information displayed in the online store carefully as some items in our collection are not in-stock merchandise and thus shipping and delivery times are longer.

Multiple shipping addresses require separate transactions. You will be responsible for retrieving undelivered parcels. Please use an alternative address for delivery if you are out all day (e.g. work or traveling). The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to the customer upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that all international orders must go through the destination country’s Custom’s Agency during delivery which could possibly cause delay. Shipments may also be subject to import duties according to local customs regulations. Goods will be shipped duty-free, however customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable. Shipments may be delayed if USPS authorities are not able to reach the recipient regarding possible duties and taxes as assessed by customs officials.
